Petal Pushers

Fashionista: Spring’s stylistas.

Background: If you are living under a rock then I’ll forgive you for not knowing about the hottest trend for Spring. Flowers! Flowers! Flowers! Vases across the world are emptying in rapid fire pace while I type this, as the traditional bloom is making their new home in fashionable closets. Yes, the hana (Japanese for flower) is now an haute style staple.  You can go head to toe, or make it a stand out piece in your look.

Florals take a classic turn in the shoes.

Secret: Just like everything in life, it’s all about having a focal point. Whether its parading their robust colours in full display book-ended by great neutral tones in the top and shoes, you can’t not but notice. Or you can add a more classical approach with the traditional more muted needle-point pattern of florals with this high stepping (and we can’t ignore that FABULOUS red tote either!) urbanista.

Either way, the floral deliberation of whether “she loves me, she loves me not” does not apply. Spare the petals. We know the answer is a rousing “YES!”
