We are  so excited to announce the official launch of our virtual Pop-Up Shop just in time for the Holiday Season!


This exclusive sale features Capsule Collection collaborations with three global designers from our roster of those that we have profiled. From Canada we have Retarded Velvet from St. John’s, Newfoundland and INNA Clothing Co. from Hamilton, Ontario. Direct from Berlin Germany are incredible hats from magnificent milliner Jasmin Reuter of Jasmin the Strange.

It’s exactly a year ago when Ramp1885.com was launched and since then have been steadily growing  continuing to share various “fashion perspectives” from around the world. Our team continues to grow with reporters, photographers and out-and-out fashion enthusiast from global spots including: Panama, Egypt, Tunisia, Australia, South Africa, Israel, Singapore.


With the shared passion we continue to tell global fashion stories from the local neighbourhoods, focusing on noted designers  to student up-and-comers. We continue to highlight cool boutiques from the local neighbourhoods as well as exploring the social and cultural trends that influence the stylings of the residents.

Now as part of our way of expanding the platform of exposure for designers who deserve to have their own global stories shared with our international community of readers who love them.  This is where our Pop-Up Shop comes into play!


The Ramp 1885 Online Pop-Up Shop gives you our lovely readers another opportunity to not only read about a cool designer but have the opportunity to actually purchase a unique item directly for your (or your loved one’s) wardrobe.

So in keeping with the spontaneous nature of Pop-Up Shops, whenever we have a sale we will announce it far and wide.


Here’s how it works:


With Retarded Velvet and INNA Clothing Co., we went through their existing collection and picked our favorites. These limited number of favorite items are available for sale. And to prove that yes, we actually did pick them you’ll see that each garment will have an exclusive RAMP 1885 fabric tag inside!


Jasmin the Strange created exclusive hats just for us! These custom made beauties (or “babies “ as Jasmin loves to call them) are hand crafted creations and perfect for any  social gathering  during the holiday season fetes, New Years  eve and even perfect for any social gathering such as weddings, or just lunch with the girls!


The main missive is to include designers that we have profiled. Its part of our love for these creative minds and another way of supporting them.
